Calm Down and Pray

There is a time when we all need to take a moment and relax. There are moments when we are filled with fear, worry, and anxiety that we begin to panic. When we begin to panic, we become so overwhelmed that we forget how to breathe. When this happens, we need to stop for a moment, take a deep breath, and calm down. Then, we look to God and ask Him to help us confront the things that are causing us to feel these emotions. Finally, once we confront these things, we feel better. So, my advice to all of you is don't panic, but to calm down and pray.
