Stop Being a Follower and Be a Leader

There is a time where we all need someone to teach us; someone to help us; someone to lead us. So many of us need someone to guide us on the right path to success and teach us right from wrong. The person who can do all of this for us is a leader. You may not believe it, but we can become leaders. So many of us know that we can become leaders, but we choose not to because we would prefer to be followers. The reason that we choose to become followers is because we are afraid to lead other people. We are not sure if we can be positive role models for people and help them with their problems. My advice to all of you is to stop being afraid to become a leader because there is a fire inside of all of you that is screaming to let out and you need to do that. We cannot just be followers because there are people who need the kind of help that we can give to them. This is what I am saying: Stop being a follower and be a leader.
